Creative Ideas for Gifting Experiences
Ah, it’s finally the holiday season! I love the holiday
season – the Hallmark Christmas movies, trimming the tree, carols; everything
about this time of year screams joy and celebration. One of my favorite things
to do is to find the perfect gift for family members and friends. This year,
I’ll focus on how to gift an experience to your loved ones. But also feel free
to check out some of my previous gift guides for both women
and men.
The Favorite Things Basket
My absolute favorite gift to give someone is to create a
customized basket of their favorite things. This takes a lot of knowledge of
your recipient – what types of things they enjoy, what they need most right
now, etc. For me, the perfect favorite things basket has a few small items like
a bottle of wine, a special scarf, their favorite cologne, a gift card to a
favorite store. It’s a collection of gifts that show a sense of appreciation
for the person as well as showing that you pay attention to the little things they
adore!
